1. Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact

  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

4. Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must first return the original item (subject to approval). Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

5. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment.

  • Refund processing time may take between 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If eligible, refunds will be made back to the original payment method used during checkout.
